Meet Megan Shaver, Our New Lifestyle Director

Connecting Sandbrock Ranch residents with friends, nature is a full-time job — one Megan Shaver, our new lifestyle director, can’t wait to get started on.

Megan will be planning, promoting and executing a year-round calendar of activities, classes, sports, health programs, group fitness and special events that will inspire residents to “live true” and plant deep roots in our new community.

“I am looking forward to getting to know the residents from the very first day they move in,” said Megan. “I want each and every resident to look at the calendar each month and see at least one activity they are interested in.”

Among the many activities she has planned are new resident socials, HOA 101 courses, coffee talks, fitness equipment training and holiday events.

The Houston native graduated magnum cum laude from Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. Her first job was with Textron Aviation in Wichita, KS, as a marketing associate, but for her, Texas is home and she is thrilled to be back.

When not planning activities for our residents, Megan can be found with her 1-year-old dog, Lola. She also enjoys traveling, visiting with her large extended family and making sure each day is different from the day before.

We are looking forward to her making each day in Sandbrock Ranch different and fun, as well. Shaver’s office will be located in Carriage House, the community’s new amenity center, currently under construction. Until the facility is complete, she will be working out of the Perry model home.
