A purchaser who signs an original contract with either Highland Homes, Coventry Homes, or David Weekly Homes (each referred to as a “Builder”) from April 1st – June 30th, 2024, is eligible to receive a credit via payment by Horizon/Deer Creek Development Corp. (“the Developer”) to CCMC (the management company for the HOA). In the name of such eligible purchaser the sum of $924, being the equivalent of one (1) year’s HOA dues and/or assessments in Sandbrock Ranch (the HOA Credit”). To be eligible, the purchase must close by no later than December 31st, 2024. After closing, the HOA credit will be applied as a credit to eligible purchases HOA account maintained by CCMC. The HOA credit is a post-closing credit provided by Developer to an eligible purchaser and will not be reflected on the closing statement between eligible purchaser and its builder. An eligible purchaser will be responsible for any normal allocation and/or proration of HOA dues and/or assessments reflected on its closing statement. An eligible purchaser acknowledged that Builder has no obligation or responsibility relating to the HOA credit provided solely by Developer. Purchasers will assume all responsibility for any HOA dues and/or assessment charged to their HOA account before or after the $924 credit has been fully applied.
